Great tires for autocross, track, and the road. Compared the R888 and Direzza Z1 on my car and R888 out-performs the direzza in both dry and wet conditions.

Got these for everyday use on me Alfa. Proved to be just astonishing. On the wet road they do have a tension to remind you we're mortal. However, once you use them in the dry you get all the traction you may possibly have from a tire. It takes a couple of minutes for 'em to build the temperature until the surface starts, actually, to melt a little. All you have to do then - drive. Cornering is crisp as a winter morning. Road feedback - excellent. You know exactly what type of road paint you've just driven over. As for cons - this is not a "regular" everyday tire. It's noisy, it's brutal to your suspension and you will have to buy another set in 10-15Kkm. Treadwear stands just at 100. All for all, if you are a petrolhead and like to challenge corners, don't think twice, BUY IT!
