10.11.2022 from John Peters
Noted an increase in millage from tje start, also noticed a noise reduction while driving. Good grip and reduced roll. All in all a good upgrade for electric cars.
10.06.2021 from Anthony Hibbs
I bought these tyres as they are the only ones on the market that claim to be specifically designed for electric vehicles and are carbon neutral in their manufacture. Lots of claims made by Michelin regarding low noise levels, grip, wear and increased range. I can confirm that the tyres live up to these claims in all respects. I have driven around 1200 miles in mixed road and weather conditions and have been very impressed. My eGolf was always a quiet car, but now it’s almost silent with little or no road noise below 50mph. Braking and handling in wet or dry, good roads or bad, is exceptional. My average range previously was around 150 miles from a full charge, now it’s 160 miles, remarkable. I absolutely recommend these tyres for electric vehicles.

Excellent driving experience on these tyres. They feel safe, sturdy and solid on the road in heat, heavy rain, slippery roads due to mud, country roads, uneven and good surfaces, I have not yet tried in snow or ice. To any walkers reading this, they feel like vibram soles for my car!
07.08.2024 from peter andrews
tyres only have well below normal 6.5mm tread from new and mine were worn down to 4.1 mm tread after 400 miles plus one developed a bulge. Worst tyres ever only have perhaps 1 years life

These tyres are good for grip and average for comfort, but let down on noise levels.

excellent tyres for very reasonable price. definitely would buy them again
10.09.2015 from GES
Supposed to give excellent fuel efficiency. Getting poorer MPG that I did from my Continental Sports! Difficult to say but wear does not look too good on front, doubt I'll get another 12k out of them!
09.09.2015 from Joseph Kinney
Starting to lose some of that high end grip when pushing hard but a very good tyre, great performance and very predictable.
02.07.2015 from Saulius
Very good tyre, but wears very quickly. But again, if you want solid grip in wet, the compound has to be soft and it means it will wear quicker than others. Had p-zero previously, was a bit noisy, dunlop makes much less noise.

Used purely as a track tyre. Super focused, brilliant feedback in all conditions. Really competent in the wet as they give huge amounts of feedback and never just go, even when there’s standing water on track. Wear is pretty good, I’ve done 3 hard track days, one of them being bone dry and they’ve held up well. Rears are in great condition and expect they’ll last multiple days out. Fronts should do several more days out before changing.

They work ok in the wet. But it's pretty easy to overwhelm them and get wheelspin even being quite gentle, they are roughly half worn after about 18k km. Replacing them now due to them getting punctures far too easily and 3 of them being almost more patch than tyre at this point.

Overall good tyres, sidewall is a bit too flexy and it gives very vague steering feel. The rubber is resistant to wear and can handle repeated hot laps up to 5-10 then they start to lose grip. Quite fun tyre and very safe for normal road driving.

Verry good tyres , nice grip on wet roads , on mud , any test has pass done and easy , so happy with it and will buy soon again

Nice tyre for the money, excellent dry grip! I couldn't afford something really nice from Michelin but was very impressed with it. Used two different size on two cars and the only let down (no pun intended) was i did get 2 flats on 1 car and 1 on the other at various times over the first months of ownership but the replacements have been fine. Just bad luck perhaps but makes me think the sidewalls are not the best for abuse, potholes etc.
21.09.2019 from Mike Rajkovic
Comfortable and safe, especially considering my rather active driving. I just don't think about what the tyres are doing.

High-end Pirelli summer tyres from the home of motorsports

Pirelli is the premium tyre manufacturer of Italy, and the 5th of the so-called ‘big 6’ in the world. Theirs is a reputation that means high performance and innovation in products that lead the industry in the eyes of many experts. Pirelli are the sole supplier of tyres for the FIA Formula One World Championship, and their tyres truly set the standard for motorsports in Europe as they have for nearly 4 decades.

Pirelli summer tyres to look out for

As motorsports are what Pirelli are synonymous with, it’s no surprise their tyres for sports cars are prominent. The P Zero is one of them, designed for precision cornering and ultimate traction on wet and dry ground. Maximum grip and stability is assured through the patented nano-composite compound P ZERO. The P Zero Rosso is another highlight, designed for safety without compromising performance. Handling and cornering is incredible, and water expulsion during aquaplaning is extremely fast to ensure safety in the wet.

For a less sport-oriented option, the Cinturato P7 is a robust and durable tyre made from an advanced hybrid material that provides a comfortable drive and minimises fuel consumption. For drivers of SUVs or other heavier vehicles, the Scorpion Verde All-Season tyre is designed for economical performance, ensuring comfort and safety on all surfaces while minimising fuel consumption.

Why Pirelli summer tyres are a superb choice:

  • Pirelli was founded in 1872, and has been developing and manufacturing tyres that set trends and break barriers ever since.
  • Pirelli has patented over 4,500 innovative tyre technologies.
  • Pirelli has more than 100 partnerships with original equipment car manufacturers, meaning it is a supremely trusted brand.

Pirelli – the tyres that built the motorsports world

Pirelli has long been the name that is synonymous with victory in motorsports. As far back as the 1907 Peking-Paris was a key opportunity that helped cement its reputation, and now rally championships, Formula 1 and motorcycle racing all turn to Pirelli as the tyres of choice. At www.tyres-guru.co.uk we recommend only the best tyres for your car, and Pirelli is a good way to go.
